• 4 (4-ounce) pre-made chicken burgers
  • 1/2 (4.4-ounce) package Wellspring Creamery Goat Milk Brie, thinly sliced
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced


Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill burgers until golden brown on the first side, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip, top with Brie and grill until cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Meanwhile, toast buns on grill. Arrange avocado on buns, top with chicken burgers and red onion, and serve.
