⦁ 2 bananas, super ripe
⦁ 4 eggs (or egg whites/substitute)
⦁ Berries of choice
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mash bananas.
3. Whisk in the eggs.
4. Spray down your mini muffin tin. Add a few berries to each compartment.
5. Pour your banana egg mixture on top.
6. Bake for about 12 minutes.
7. Cool slightly, remove and devour!
